The aim of this workshop is to bring together the AGHA’s rare disease flagships with appropriately aligned model organism / cell system research groups to improve our understanding of the functional implications of genomic variants.
Presentations will detail the work of the Neuromuscular, Immunology, Mitochondrial, Neurodevelopmental and Renal Flagships, and an additional clinical area, Cardiac. The day will close with a discussion of a national model for a functional genomics network.
